UHT COCONUT MILK

Coconut milk is the only cow milk surrogate that carries the same name “milk” even though it is entirely plant-based. Indeed it is white, creamy, and has a rich taste. We all know that coconut milk cannot be “milked”, so how is UHT coconut milk done? It is the same process as UHT cow milk but completely vegan. No animal substances were involved.
